By accessing or utilizing FB Publisher Pro, you agree to comply with Facebook Page API policies and all local laws. Users must connect pages they possess explicit publishing authorization for.

2. Acceptable Conduct

Automated bulk postings must not violate Facebook Community Standards. Any accounts flagged for spam or malicious distributions will be immediately suspended without refund.

3. Subscription Plans

Payments for Pro Scheduler and Enterprise tiers are processed securely. Subscriptions can be upgraded or terminated directly within the dashboard profile. Refund claims are governed strictly by support verification.

4. Limitation of Liability

FB Publisher Pro acts as a scheduling interface and companion extension. We do not assume liability for page suspensions, Facebook API changes, or distribution bans executed by Meta platforms.
